Thanks for your interest in Orange Blossom Special Events! Please keep in mind that all of the wedding packages listed below can be customized to fit your needs!

The Lantana

Before the Wedding:

  • One site walkthrough at the event venue(s)
  • Unlimited contact via phone and email from the time of contract
  • Production of a master timeline for the event for vendors
  • Contact and coordination with all contracted vendors
  • Ceremony planning
  • Organization and management of wedding ceremony rehearsal
  • Delivery of out-of-town gift bags to guest hotel
  • Unlimited vendor referrals
  • Coordination of transportation for guests and bridal party
  • Unlimited time on the day of event, from set-up to tear down
  • At least one assistant coordinator on the day of the event

On Wedding Day:

  • Greeting vendors as they arrive on-site and ensuring that set-up proceeds as specified by the Couple
  • Setting out favors, place cards, menu cards, etc and handling any on-site decorations that are not handled by a specific vendor
  • Ensuring that a previously-determined timeline for all vendors and wedding party members is followed promptly
  • Lining up and cueing the wedding party
  • Ushering in late guests
  • Facilitating a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
  • Greeting guests at the reception, making sure that the guest book tables and seating charts are utilized
  • Moving guests from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and then to the reception area
  • Directing the grand entrance of the bridal party (and Couple), first dance, bouquet/garter toss, and any other wedding traditions as specified by the Couple prior to the wedding
  • Distributing gratuities and final payments to vendors as needed
  • Coordinating the Couple’s “getaway” following the reception

The Tulip

This package includes everything listed above, plus:

  • Unlimited in-person meetings
  • Venue research and selection
  • Budget worksheet creation
  • Customized vendor referrals and research assistance, including contract review and price negotiations
  • Scheduling vendor meetings
  • Conceptualization of a “look and feel” for your event via a customized inspiration board by our design experts
  • Invitation, menu, table number, place/escort card and program design (printing at an additional cost)
  • Tracking of vendor payments and reminders when payments are due
  • Planning and coordination of your rehearsal dinner

A La Carte

  • Additional 2-hour meeting
  • Invitation, menu, table number, place/escort card and program design
  • Professional dresser for the duration of the event
